Leading global real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield, is pleased to announce the appointment of Billy Dent to the role of Senior Executive, Retail Investments NSW.
Mr. Dent’s appointment to Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment team strengthens the firm’s capability to advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of freestanding and other retail investment assets in Sydney and Regional New South Wales. These clients include high net worth private investors, syndication groups, corporate property owners, Self-Managed Super Funds, Unlisted Wholesale Funds and A-REITs.
Cushman & Wakefield Senior Directors of Retail Investment, Sashi Makkapati and Nick Potter, said they are excited to welcome Mr. Dent to the team, at a time when demand from retail sector property investment remains strong.

Mr. Dent has extensive experience in managing real estate transactions for commercial, retail and industrial assets, having previously worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s investment sales and commercial leasing division for both private and institutional clients in the North Shore of Sydney. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Dent enjoyed success in a commercial sales and leasing role at Shead Property Chatswood Mr. Dent has been responsible for managing a number of recent sale and leasing transactions, including a $3.3 million Chatswood property sale, two sales at the same site in Macquarie Park totalling $3.68 million, and a 2,104m2 A-Grade office lease in St Leonards.
