Cushman & Wakefield announces Dino Mancini as Executive Director, Asset Management

Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dino Mancini as Executive Director, Asset Management for its Asset Management platform in Australia and New Zealand.

Dino will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s asset management capabilities, particularly focussed on foreign owners into Australia, and will deliver strategic asset planning and implementation for the company’s clients’ assets. Dino will report to Sam Cuccurullo, Head of Asset Services Asia Pacific, and James Patterson Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive for Australia and New Zealand. 

Highly regarded in the industry amongst his peers and clients, Dino has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in Asset, Portfolio and Property Management, and was formerly Executive Director, Asset Management for the Pacific Region for CBRE.

“I am excited to work with Dino in this new role for the Australia and New Zealand business” said Sam Cuccurullo. “He will be a valuable member of the Asset Services team for the region, and the experience and insight he will bring to the business is immeasurable”, added Mr Cuccurullo.

Dino has represented key clients including ANZ Funds Management, Armstrong Jones Management (ING Real Estate), Bank of China, BT Funds Management, Colonial First State Property, Deka Immobilien, DEXUS Property Group, Bank, ISPT, Keppel REIT, QIC and St George Bank.

He has acquired an impressive track record covering all facets of property/asset management from commissioning to re-establishment phases, to acquisition due diligence and disposal process management, with practical input into major CBD buildings, including the Exchange Centre, The Chifley Tower, St Martins Tower and BNP Paribas Centre.
